Inspired by the Isle of Skye, this gin has been crafted to embody its place of origin.  Married with crystal-clear waters and the right balance of the finest botanicals, Misty Isle Gin truly captures the ‘spirit of Skye’. 

Juniper berries are slowly distilled in copper pot stills and are then vapour infused with carefully selected botanicals such as coriander, angelica, orris, grains of paradise and lemon to name a few.  One botanical is kept under wraps, but it can only be found at altitude of the Isle of Skye.
