Macduff 13 Years Old Tri Carragh

ABV: 61.8% 70 cL

This single malt was distilled on the 4th of May 2010 at the Macduff Distillery, located in the fishing port of the same name in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was first aged in a 1st-fill wine barrique, before re-racking into a Rubino Marsala Red Wine cask for the last 15 months of its maturation.


Bottled by Stravaig Spirits for their Tri Carragh collection, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.


Only 210 Bottles were produced.

Nose

Dark fruit; blackberries and blackcurrants with strawberries with hints of vanilla.

Palate

Red berry and tropical fruits with hints of chocolate and vanilla coming back.
