This limited release of single malt bottled by Morrison Distillers for their Mac-Talla collection. Distilled in 2009, this Islay Scotch whisky showcases chargrilled pineapple & papaya are abundant in this bright, juicy whisky, enveloped in bonfire embers. Two new Oak casks housed Caribbean rum, followed by Islay single malt, bringing fruity notes & added depth. It is luscious and coastal, the soft smokiness and maritime salinity of this whisky pairs beautifully with notes of sun-ripened, fresh tropical fruits.

This single malt was bottled at 53.7% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to 580 bottles.
