This smoky single malt was distilled at an unnamed distillery on the Isle of Islay. It was bottled by Morrison Distillers for their Mac-Talla Collection, combining three cask types: 63% first fill Oloroso sherry butts, 23% first fill PX sherry butts and 14% refill PX sherry hogsheads. All married together, creating depth of flavour and adding notes of fruit and richness to this smoky dram.
It was bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring exclusively for Mac-Talla Lighthouse Partners.
