This limited release from Morrison Distillers is a vatting of two 1st-fill Amarone casks married together after 24 months. A perfect marriage of peaty malt and rich, fruity wine. Velvety red fruit and beautiful tannins complement the maritime character. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Only 928 bottles were produced. 

Nose

Ripe stone friuts with hints of apricot and peach intertwined with deep cocoa richness. A subtle wisp of peat smoke lingers in the background.

Palate

Velvety dark chocolate coats the tongue, followed by juicy stone fruit sweetness. As the flavours unfold, waves of warming peat emerge.

Finish

Long and lingering.
