This single malt was distilled on the 27th of October 1999 at the Longmorn Distillery in the heart of Elgin in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was matured for 24 years in a single refill American oak Hogshead, creating a complex malt with notes of rich golden syrup, vanilla and jelly sweets, lifted by green apple, citrus and oaky spice. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Gleann Mòr Spirits for their Rare Find Collection. 

Nose

Rich golden syrup, vanilla and jelly sweets on the nose.

Palate

On the palate there is green apples, oak spice and a touch of citrus.

Finish

Long finish with some waxed fruit.
