The Whisky Cellar
ABV: 52.2% 70 cL
This single malt was distilled in 2008 at the Linkwood Distillery in Elgin, in the Speyside Region of Scotland. It was initially filled into a refill ex-bourbon barrel, before being re-racked into a single French oak barrique, which previously held Loupian - French white dessert wine. The resulting whisky carries notes of candied citrus peel, honeyed apricots, tropical fruits, toffee, sprite melon, white pepper and oak spice.
It was bottled by the Whisky Cellar for their Pintail collection, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
Tax included.
