The Whisky Cellar
ABV: 52.2% 70 cL
This single malt was distilled in 2010 at the Linkwood Distillery, located in Elgin in the heart of the Speyside region. It was matured for many years in a refill ex-bourbon hogshead and then re-racked into a French oak barrique, which previously held the creamy-sweet French white dessert wine, Loupiac. The resulting whisky carries notes of candied citrus peel, honeyed apricots, tropical fruits, liquorice toffee, spite melon, white pepper and oak spice.
Tax included.
