This single malt was distilled in 2012 at the Linkwood Distillery in the heart of the Speyside Region of Scotland. It was matured for 13 years, including 3 years of finishing in a single Oloroso cask. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Alistair Walker for his infrequent flyers collection. 

Nose

Deep. Bakery store vibes - strawberry tart, coconut and Battenberg cake.

Palate

Rich, dessert style. Dark toffee sauce, cocoa and stewed raisins. Peanut brittle and allspice.
