Lindores Abbey is officially recognised as the first recorded site of distillation of Scotch whisky, which took place in 1494. After over 500 years, they are ready to be a part of the history of whisky once more, starting with their first single malt release.
TASTING NOTES
| NOSE | Elegant, soft, mellow vanilla, caramel notes playing with orchard fruits and sweet pear drops. Reminiscent of toffee apples. |
| PALATE | Smooth with a creamy texture and a perfect balance of mellow vanilla, dried fruits, and citrus touches with a hint of spice. |
| FINISH | Medium length, delicate but lingering finish. |
