Lindores Abbey Distillery
Lindores Abbey is officially recognised as the first recorded site of distillation of Scotch whisky, which took place in 1494. After over 500 years, they are ready to be a part of the history of whisky once more, starting with their first single malt release.
TASTING NOTES
NOSE | Elegant, soft, mellow vanilla, caramel notes playing with orchard fruits and sweet pear drops. Reminiscent of toffee apples. |
PALATE | Smooth with a creamy texture and a perfect balance of mellow vanilla, dried fruits, and citrus touches with a hint of spice. |
FINISH | Medium length, delicate but lingering finish. |
