This beautifully unique cask has been hand-picked by our team. It was filled on the 26th of November 2020 into a Pineau des Charentes cask where it spent it's full maturation before bottling on the 25th of July 2026.

Bottled at natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to 102 bottles.

Nose

Elegant & inviting fruity aromas of sweet apricot jam, fresh quince & warm caramel syrup.

Palate

Mellow vanilla, juicy peach & comforting cinnamon & nutmeg. Complex & well balanced with a soft, velvety texture.

Finish

Pleasing, long-lasting finish.
