Ledaig (Tobermory) 12 Year Old Rare Find

ABV: 56.5% 70 cL

This single malt from Tobermory Distillery was distilled using peated barley in 2011. It was aged in a single American Oak Refill Hogshead for 12 years, before being bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Gleann Mòr for their Rare Find Collection. 

Nose

Waves of peat, pine needles and a touch of aniseed.

Palate

Barbecue smoke balanced with orange peel, a little menthol and strawberries.

Finish

Nice mix of red berries, peat smoke and spice.
