Presenting a brand new Shop Exclusive! This time from Lagg Distillery.

Distilled on the 24th of September 2020 and filled into a single 2nd Fill sherry hogshead, this single malt matured for 5 years before bottling on the 2nd of July 2026.

This heavily peated single malt was bottled at 50 PPM, at natural cask strength, natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to 329 bottles.

Nose

Peach pie, nectarines, cloves and candle smoke.

Palate

Book leather, redcurrants and aromatic five-spice.

Finish

Chocolate coated Brazil nuts and tart bramble jam.

Lagg is the sister to the Arran Distillery, built on the opposite side of the island. The construction began in 2017, with the first spirit running through the stills in 2019. Unlike its sister, Lagg uses peat heavily in their distillation to create robust and maritime malt.
