This single malt was distilled in 2012 at the Knockdhu Distillery in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was matured for 13 years, including 4 years and 5 months finishing period in a single Ruby Port Cask, creating notes of apricots, demerara sugar and blood orange. 

Bottled without chill filtration or artificial colouring by Alistair Walker for his infrequent Flyers Collection. 

Nose

A burst of fruit – peaches and clementines, plus raspberry ripple ice cream, with a subtle herbal undertone.

Palate

Sweet and tangy - apricots, Demerara sugar, marmalade and blood orange, with a faint spicy note towards the end.
