Knockando 15 Years Old represents the distillery's signature house style with elegant restraint and refined character. Distilled on the 22nd October 2010 and finished in first fill Oloroso sherry hogshead, this Speyside single malt develops rich layers of dried fruit, warm spice, and subtle oak influence. The sherry cask maturation imparts deep amber colour and honeyed sweetness, balanced by the distillery's naturally light, floral notes. 

Bottled on the 29th January 2026 by Signatory Vintage for their Cask Strength Collection, at natural colour and no chill filtration.
