ABV: 58.4% 70 cL

From Glengyle Distillery comes Batch 12 of their Kilkerran Heavilly Peated series. Created by vatting predominantly (90%) Bourbon and Sherry Casks (10%) to create the perfectly balanced malt with notes of marshmallow and bonfire embers. 

Nose

Creamy butterscotch and caramel notes in the beginning, with the development of notes of rye bread and tea leaf.

Palate

A fimiliar oiliness and smikiness in introduced on the palate, with notes of Iberico ham and brandy snaps.

Finish

A gentle finish, there are notes of lemon sherbet, honeycomb and mint, with the peat smoke carrying through to the finish.
