It combines sherry and bourbon casks, with the majority (90%) of casks being ex-bourbon.
TASTING NOTES
| NOSE | A sweet introduction with notes of icing sugar, creme brulee and custard. |
| PALATE | soft and sweet smoke, with notes of toasted marshmallows typical of the Kilkerran Heavily Peated range. Hints of gooseberries and parma violets develop over time. |
| FINISH | The sweetness lingers in the nish in notes of orange pulp. |
