To celebrate 20th years of Kilchoman, the founder Anthony Wills has personally selected extraordinary casks for the occasion. This single malt was fully matured in Ex-Sherry Butts. Aged for 15 years, this single cask was bottled at 51.7% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration.

Nose

Soft with a peppery spice, rich sherry sweetness, and a hint of salty, briny notes.

Palate

Rounded and rich in character, with a peppery kick, sherry soaked dark fruits, and a gentle smokiness bringing a savoury, briny character.

Finish

Viscous and warming, with rich fruits, salty dark chocolate, and a lasting balance of sweetness and smoke.
