This single malt from Kilchoman Distillery, located on the beautiful Isle of Islay, is a first-ever Loch Gorm release aged for over 10 years. It combines 23 First-fill and 20 refill carefully selected oloroso sherry butts.

Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Caramelised custard tart, freshly roasted coffee with notes of candied ginger.

Palate

Honey roasted figs, cloves and sticky toffee pudding with a suggestive smokiness evocative of barbecued bananas.

Finish

Lingering finish with a savoury undertone held together by a smoky and earthy influence.
