Kaveri starts with fresh ginger, sourced from Peru, Thailand and India and pressed when it’s at its best. The ginger brings plenty of heat, but it’s balanced with earthy jaggery, fresh lime, raw mango, and a little Himalayan pink and black salt.

The flavour is bold, warm and slightly different from batch to batch. That’s part of what makes Kaveri what it is — the ginger is a natural ingredient, so the character can change with the season and the crop.

We also leave Kaveri unfiltered. You might notice the liquid looks a little cloudy, but that’s intentional. Give the bottle a gentle shake before you pour and it brings the ginger and spices back to life.

Nothing complicated. Just good ginger, a few carefully chosen ingredients, and a little bit of fire in every bottle.
