Distilled in 2015 at an undisclosed distillery set in the hills of the Scottish Highlands, near the river Findhorn. Named Juniper Hill, this batch is a flavourful journey through Scottish hills all the way to sunny Portugal. The finishing period in the 1st-fill Moscatel de Setùbal casks brought in brightness and sweetness. 

Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Murray McDavid for their Mystery Malt Collection. 

Nose

Oily fruits, glazed cherries, and malt.

Palate

Orchard fruit, cocoa, and liquorice.

Finish

Sweet, baking spice, and fine plum.
