This is chapter two of the Islay trilogy. This blend was made by combining iconic malts from Bowmore and Laphroaig, both married in refill bourbon hogsheads in 1989 and matured for just over three decades, including a finishing in Oloroso sherry cask.

Bottled in 2023 by Murray McDavid for their Mission Gold collection, at natural cask strength, natural colour and no chill filtration.

Nose

Fruity embers, blossom and sweet spice.

Palate

Gentle, fresh floral peat and ripe fruits.

Finish

Soft smoke, orange, cherry and coastal.
