This single malt was distilled in September 2012 at an undisclosed distillery on the Isle of Islay. It was aged for 12 years in a single red wine hogshead, before being bottled in June 2025 by North Star Spirits at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.  

Nose

Sweet peat, raspberry ripple covered in smoke.

Palate

Jam-packed with red fruits fallen into a peat bog.

Finish

Simply wonderful
