Ichiro’s Malt Double Distilleries 2021 is a limited-edition blended malt whisky created by Ichiro Akuto from two Japanese single malt distilleries - Chichibu and Mars – representing a paradigm shift in the industry, as cask sharing between distilleries is historically rare in Japan. The resulting whisky is vibrant and elegant with amazing complexity. 

This malt opens with notes of ripe pineapple and mango with a touch of green banana and lemon. The palate showcases notes of rich vanilla custard with salted caramel and cinnamon before finishing with burnt orange and black pepper.
