This single malt from undisclosed Distillery, located in Highlands. Aged for 10 years, including a finishing period in Manzanilla cask finish before bottling by Thompson Bros. at natural colour and no chill filtration.
Toasted brioche, salted toasted oats and maple syrup, the nose is rounded with a pleasant fattiness. Chamomile, cranberries and diluted balsamic.
Sour cherries, pink grapefruit, dill, cinnamon, pomegranate, green teas, all met with a saline vein that runs through the length of it.
Salted lemons and red fruits on the medium to long finish.
