It was aged for 10 years in first fill Pedro Ximénez hogsheads and second fill Oloroso Sherry butts (dechar/rechar hogsheads) before bottling by Signatory Vintage for their 100 Proof collection.
It was bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
