Glenrothes 11 Years Old

ABV: 61.6% 70 cL

This single malt from Glenrothes Distillery in the Speyside region was distilled on the 23th June 2014 and aged in refill hogshead. It was then re-racked into various American and European Oak Oloroso and PX Bloodtubs for finishing period before bottling on the 16th July 2025.

It was bottled by Woodrow's of Edinburgh for their Warehouses Reserve collecion, at natural cask strength of 61.6% ABV, at natural colour and no chill filtration. Limited to 255 bottles.

Nose

Complex with sweet aromas of strawberries and boiled sweets, contrasted by miso and cigar leaves.

Palate

Oily mouthfeel with warming spices. Notes of rum soaked raisins, almonds, plums and black cherries with undertones of umami.

Finish

Strawberries, black pepper and balsamic vinegar.
