Nose

Caramelised pineapple, dark chocolate, marzipan and black cherries.

Palate

Crystallised fruits, peach, gingerbread, caramel and sweet bourbon notes.

Finish

Long finish, Grapefruit, salted biscuits, peppery. But also hints of morello cherries and fruit cake.
