This single malt was distilled on the 19th of January 2009 at the Glenlossie Distillery in the Speyside Region of Scotland. It was matured for 16 years in a single Pedro Ximenez Sherry Hogshead, creating notes of mocha and dark chocolate with rich spice and sweetness. 

It was bottled by Alistair Walker for their Infrequent Flyer collection at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Macaroon bar and marzipan.

Palate

Medium to heavy,with strong dessert notes. Sweet, mouth-coating mocha and dark chocolate to the fore - the influence of PX is quite evident here. A touch of cloves emerges as the dram evolves.
