This single malt was distilled in 2009 at the Glenlossie Distillery, near Elgin in the Speyside region of Scotland. It was matured for 16 years, including a finishing period in a single first-fill European oak oloroso sherry butt. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by James Eadie. 

Nose

Jelly beans, cola sweets and summer pudding, before softer floral, delicate notes of cinnamon and roasted cardamom emerge.

Palate

Fresh, zesty notes of summer fruits, red apples and juicy figs merge with cloves, orange peel and sultanas.

Finish

Thick strawberry jam with a touch of crushed black pepper.
