This single malt was distilled on the 3rd of November 2017 at the Glenkinchie Distillery, located near Edinburgh and known for their delicate floral malt. It was aged for 8 years, including a finishing period in a single Oloroso Octave. The resulting malt showcases notes of cut grass, overripe apples, sweet peanut, sherbet lemon and white chocolate.
Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
