This single malt was distilled on the 2nd of October 2008 at the Glenkinchie Distillery, known for its mild and creamy lowland malt. The malt was re-racked into a single First Fill Madeira cask on the 22nd of September 2021 to create a balanced flavour with notes of Chirstmas cake, buttercream and floral undertones. 

Bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Cane and Grain for their Private Reserve Collection.

Christmas Cake, wood notes with light floral undertones

Buttercream, rich molasses, with a warming depth

Finish

Buttercream, rich malt notes persist into a long finish
