Matured in first-fill sherry and bourbon casks and hand-selected refill casks, the 15 Year Old celebrates the contrast and harmony from marrying these casks, allowing light and fruity signature house style to shine.

The 15 Year Old has notes of fresh hay, dried fruits, citrus and rosehip on the nose, with gentle sweetness and a hint of tropical fruit, cinnamon, vanilla and apple on the palate. Enjoy a smooth, dry finish complemented by soft spice and lingering oak.

Nose

Hints of candied lemon and a touch of butterscotch. Creamy cereal sweetness and dried fruits, with Demerara sugar.

Palate

Oily, rich palate entry with notes of toffee popcorn, salted butter and hints of ground walnuts. Allspice and lemon rinds, and baked apple.

Finish

Oaky, malty finish.
