This single malt was distilled in May of 2014 at the Glenglassaugh Distillery in the Highland region of Scotland. It was aged for 11 years, including 11 months of finishing period in a first-fill St.Emilion Grand Cru red wine barrique. 

Bottled by Gleann Mor Spirits at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

 

Nose

Fruity, with cranberry jelly, strawberry and key lime pie.

Palate

Creamy with more red fruits, rhubarb, wine gums and Chinese five spice.

Finish

Long and fruity.
