This single malt was distilled in 2011 at the Glendullan Distillery, located just out of Dufftown. It was aged in a single hogshead for 12 years before being bottled by Berry Bros. & Rudd for their Glens and Valleys collection. Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Opens with a subtle blend of vanilla and green apple.

Palate

Leading to an oily texture on the palate that carries through ripe pear and a hint of cinnamon. As it unfolds, a slight oakiness and a whisper of white pepper add depth without dominating. Initially delicate and reserved, this whisky blossoms to reveal a full bodied and richly textured character.

Finish

Culminating in a balanced and complex finish.
