Glencadam Reservé de Burgundy Single Malt Scotch Whisky has been created in small batches by the Master Distiller, who has carefully selected single malt matured in exceptional American oak ex-bourbon casks from historic dunnage warehouses.

The single malt in these casks has been expertly married then finished in hand selected Pinot Noir wine barrels from Burgundy, France. 

Nose

Rich aromas of dark fruits, Morello cherry jam, stewed plums and chocolate mousse.

Palate

Sweet and oily with layers of cooked blackcurrants, Brazil nuts, brambles and banana bread with hints of espresso, clove and star anise.

Finish

Mocha coffee and Black Forest gateaux fading into warming ginger, nutmeg and cedar spices.

Glencadam Distillery, based in Brechin, Angus, produces smooth and refined single malt whiskies celebrated for their tropical and orchard fruit flavors. This distinctive character is largely due to its unique distillation setup, featuring tall copper pot stills with specially designed lyne arms that encourage increased reflux, resulting in a lighter, fruitier spirit.
