This single malt from Glenburgie Distillery was distilled in 2008 and aged for 16 years in a single Hogshead, and finished in a Marsala cask before being bottled. Bottled at natural cask strength of 59.1% ABV, without chill filtration or artificial colouring. 

Only 260 Bottles have been produced

TASTING NOTES:

NOSE:  Stewed peaches and apricots lead the charge on the nose of this delightful whisky, with a rich undercurrent of dried fruits and butterscotch.
PALATE: After this initial impression, the Marsala cask's influence radiantly shines through, with dates, prunes, and Créme Brûlée apparent. 
FINISH: The finish is elegantly long, with a sweetness reminiscent of caramelised nuts and dried roses.
Nose
