This single malt was distilled on the 16th of September 2011 at the Glenburgie Distillery in the North of the Speyside Region of Scotland. It was aged for 13 years in a single hogshead, which previously held Languedoc Red Wine, creating a unique malt with notes of bittersweet dark chocolate, blood orange and cranberry.
It was bottled by Alistair Walker for their Infrequent Flyer collection at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
