‘Sinteis’ (pronounced sin-teesh), meaning ‘synthesis’ in Scottish Gaelic, embodies the distillery cask creativity as they merge two bold yet complementary wood types to concoct unparalleled expressions. Merging single malt matured in Oloroso Sherry casks with spirit from rare Scottish virgin oak barrels has resulted in a harmonious fusion of dark chocolate, grated nutmeg and citrus fruits. This Sinteis Series was bottled at a cask strength of 58.2% ABV, natural colour and non-chill filtered, allowing the unique spirit to speak for itself.
