This accomplished single malt is truly the apex of luxury. Master distiller Billy Walker thoughtfully finessed every drop of vintage auburn liquid in superior Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso casks, expertly sourced from Spain.

Matured in four first-class Sherry puncheons and hogsheads, anticipate intricate layers of forest fruits, rich espresso, sweet spice and dark chocolate truffles.
Presenting The GlenAllachie 21 years old Batch 6 with integrity, at its cask strength of 52.8%, without added colouring or chill filtration, allowing the extraordinary liquid within the bottle to speak for itself. 

Nose

Ripe dark cherries and brandied honeycomb, with notes of spiced orange, thick treacle and blackberry tart.

Palate

Dark chocolate, dried red berries and maraschino cherries, followed by heather honey and crystalised ginger, with plum brandy and mocha on the finish.
