The "Copper & Oak" Series from Fib Whisky celebrates the copper of the still and the wood the Distiller chose to put it in, giving you whisky exactly as it was intended.
This half of the single cask bottled by Fib, has been fully matured in an Oloroso Sherry Butt for 15 years. Distilled 24th September 2007 and emptied on the 14th February 2023. Bottled at natural cask strength of 62.6%
Only 268 Bottles have been produced
TASTING NOTES:
| NOSE: | Pure Christmas pudding, with wee added notes of rich, dark chocolate. |
| PALATE: | Gradually rolls down your tongue like hot wax, coating your taste buds, with sweet Margorie plums. |
| FINISH: | Rich, velvety treacle with a hint of earthiness. |
