This single cask offering from the multi-award-winning Glenallachie distillery was distilled in 2010. It was carefully matured for 14 years, including a finishing period in a single Chinquapin Barrel. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Liquorice, manuka honey and butterscotch, withcrystalised ginger, cinnamon butter and mocha.

Palate

Aniseed, vanilla extract and heather honey,followed by mocha, ginger spice and treacle, with rosepetal and toffee.
