Distilled at GlenAllachie Distillery in Speyside on 20th of November 2012, this single malt has spent 13 years maturing in a single Oloroso cask. The rich, nutty character of the Oloroso sherry brings extra depth and warmth to the whisky, complementing the fruity and malty spirit with layers of dried fruit, spice and gentle oak.
Selected for the UK Master Blenders Selection 2026 and bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.
Salted caramel, mocha, and chocolate digestives, followed by honeycomb, golden syrup and light coffee, with crystalised ginger and cocoa.
Dried orchard fruits, mocha, and cinnamon, followed by heather honey, plum jam, and crystallised ginger.

Glenallachie Distillery was founded in 1967 by Mackinlay McPherson. It was the fourth distillery designed by William Delmé-Evans, the architect behind Macduff, Tullibardine and Jura. For many years, malt produced at Glenallachie was mainly used for blends, including as a part of Chivas Regal, with rare single malt releases. In 2017, it was purchased from the Chivas Bros. by Billie Walker, Trisha Savage and Graham Stevenson. Shortly after, in 2019, Glenallachie won the Distillery of the Year, and many more awards followed, both for the Distillery and its bottlings.
Glenallachie is known for its rich, fruity, sherry cask-aged single malts and incredible blends.
