This single cask offering from the multi-award-winning Glenallachie distillery was distilled in 2012. It was carefully matured for 12 years in specially selected Bourbon Barrel. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Vanilla, butterscotch and orchard fruits, withglazed cherries, buttered popcorn and heather honey.

Palate

Crushed vanilla, butterscotch and cayennepepper, followed by grilled honeycomb, cinnamon buttercream and caramel.
