This single cask offering from the multi-award-winning Glenallachie distillery was distilled in 2012. It was carefully matured for 12 years in specially selected Bourbon Barrel. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Vanilla, butterscotch and orchard fruits, withglazed cherries, buttered popcorn and heather honey.

Palate

Crushed vanilla, butterscotch and cayennepepper, followed by grilled honeycomb, cinnamonbuttercream and caramel.
