This single cask offering from the multi-award-winning Glenallachie distillery was distilled in 2013. It was carefully matured for 11 years, including a finishing period in a single Red Wine Hogshead. 

Bottled at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring. 

Nose

Candied almonds, sugared fruits andhoneycomb, with soft notes of blackcurrant,butterscotch and ginger.

Palate

Mocha and maraschino cherries, followed bybrandied orchard fruits, baking spices and orange zest,with soft bramble and hazelnuts.
