Glenallachie Distillery is one of the few fully independently owned distilleries in Scotland and, in the past few years, it has made a name for itself as a Speyside legend. This spirit was distilled in November 2014 and was fully matured in a single first fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead for 10 years before bottling in June 2025 by The Spirits of Glaschu, at 56% ABV, natural colour and no chill filtration.
