Glenallachie Distillery is one of the few fully independent distilleries in Scotland, and over the past few years, it has established itself as a Speyside legend. This spirit was distilled in November 2014 and was fully matured in a single first-fill Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead for 10 years before being bottled in June 2025 by The Spirits of Glaschu, at 56% ABV, natural colour and no chill filtration.
