This single malt was distilled at the Glen Garioch Distillery in the Heart of Aberdeenshire in 2010. It was initially aged in a Bourbon Hogshead, before re-wracking into 1st fill Ximénez-Spinola Pedro Ximenez Sherry for finishing for over 3 years. 

Bottled by Morrison McDavid at natural cask strength, without chill-filtration or artificial colouring.

Creamy mocha, herbaceous, oily malt

Palate

Stone fruits, set honey, fruity caramel

Finish

Ginger, shortbread, milk chocolate
