This single malt was distilled on the 14th June 2012 and aged for 12 years, and it was bottled from Hungarian Tokaji casks where it spend it's last 12 months of maturation.

There are layers of flavour that develop with patience. Initially the meaty and robust style of Glen Garioch is evident but after a few minutes in the glass there is an abundance of juicy tropical fruit notes from Tkaji influence. The finish is long and oily - the Tokaji sweetness balancing perfectly with the earthy distillery notes.

It was  bottled straight from the cask at 55.4% ABV, with no artificial colouring and no chill filtration.
