It was aged for 18 long years in a single First-Fill Sherry Hogshead and bottled without chill-filtration or artificial colouring by Gordon & Macphail for their Connoisseurs Choice Collection. 

Nose

Cocoa powder and pached pear.

Palate

Ginger spice and roasted hazelnuts with milk chocolate and raspberry liquorice, balanced by white pepper.

Finish

Full with strawberry and mature oak.
